When you choose to run an AI tool in the paid guide, Mischka sends the OpenAI API the information needed to create the requested draft. This may include the business name, industry, city, the name used to sign the content, and the answers you enter in the form. Do not enter sensitive personal data or third-party data that is not needed for the task.
The purpose of this processing is to create the personalized working draft you requested. OpenAI is an external technical service provider. An AI result may contain mistakes and should be reviewed before publication or business use.
Requests use store=false, so the response is not kept as a stored OpenAI API object. The user account is represented only by a one-way hash used for safety controls. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API account holder explicitly opts in to data sharing.
Under OpenAI default controls, abuse-monitoring logs may contain inputs and outputs and may be kept for up to 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Processing may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, depending on the contracted OpenAI project settings.
Mischka keeps your saved inputs and up to ten result versions per tool while the account is active. You can delete an individual version in AI resources. Deleting the user account removes generated drafts, saved AI inputs, and usage records linked to your user ID.

For the security of data on global network servers and to ensure service accessibility to all users, this computer system uses software that monitors network visits and recognizes unauthorized attempts to upload or change data, as well as those that could cause damage in some other way. The processing is limited to business information: company name, registered activity and category, city and address, publicly listed business email address, phone number, website, and publicly visible ratings and review counts. No special categories of personal data are processed.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, Recital 47: direct marketing). The Croatian Electronic Communications Act (ZEK) applies to communication sent to legal persons. Contacting a sole trader (obrt) or another natural person requires a separately established appropriate basis. An address on a free email service is used only when it is publicly listed as a business contact.
The sole purpose is to present our services or free educational materials to your company, at most a few times.
Contact and delivery data is kept no longer than 12 months after the last contact attempt. We do not record message opens or link clicks: our messages contain no tracking pixel and no redirect links. If a reply or conversion creates business correspondence, that correspondence is retained under the applicable record-keeping rules. Objection and suppression records are kept permanently so that the address is not contacted again.
